1.  Does my Castle Park Pass give me access to Castle Dark?
Currently, only Platinum and Gold Passholders have unlimited access to our Seasonal Events like Castle Dark. Check out more details and what each Pass includes here.

2.  Do I need to purchase a separate ticket for Castle Dark?
Yes, Castle Dark is a night-time event that requires it’s own Admission Ticket. You can purchase your ticket in advance online or purchase at the gate.

3.  What is the Age Recommendation for Castle Dark?
Castle Dark is a haunt event and is not intended for guests under 13 years of age. Refunds will not be provided to frightened guests. Complete Guest & Security policies are available here.

4.  Do you have a Rainy Day Policy?
We have a Rainy-Day Guarantee policy! If we close early while you are in the park due to the weather, you can stop at Guest Relations on your way out to get a rain check ticket to visit another day.

5.  Is filming or photography allowed while in the Mazes?

No flash photography or videography is allowed while in the Maze as to not disrupt the haunt experience for others and for the safety of our Scare Actors. Guests will be escorted out of the maze if not following the rules.

Castle Dark Entrance Process

All guests pass through our weapons detection system at the front gate. Signage is in place to inform guests they are entering a security screening area.

Castle Dark Parking

Parking at Castle Park for Castle Dark is $25 per vehicle at the gate. Save $10 by purchasing online here. Parking is valid for one-time use and does not allow in-and-out priveleges into the parking lot.
 

Castle Dark Chaperone Policy

Guests aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age (with valid ID) to enter the park at all times during Castle Dark.
 

Castle Dark Bag Policy

Only bags within the dimensions of 8” x 5” x 2”, as well as medical and diaper bags, are permitted during Castle Dark
 

Castle Dark Outside Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverage is not permitted during Castle Dark, except for one sealed bottle of water or Guests with special dietary needs.
 

Castle Dark Mask Policy

Masks that cover some or all of a person’s face are not permitted to be worn by any guest after 7 p.m. The only exceptions are surgical masks or N95/KN95 masks as recommended as a precaution against COVID-19. If masks like this are worn, they must be free from additional coverings including fake blood, makeup or coloring.
