Cash to Card Kiosks
We offer multiple locations where you can exchange your cash to card to make purchases at the park! These machines are free to use with no fee when utilized. They are found located in various areas like Big Top Burgers, BBQ & Beer, Arcade & inside the Merry Go Round Area.
Our ticket booths, Arcade, food locations, and souvenir shops only accept card payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Guest Relations
Located in-between Merry-Round and Rockin’ Tug, Guest Relations can help you with all of your ticket, season pass and general park questions. You can also obtain First Aid help and it is your place to go for Lost & Found.
Accessibility Services
We are committed to providing the finest in family fun and entertainment for all! We want to ensure all Guests have a safe and enjoyable visit. If accessibility services are required, please head to Guest Relations located in-between Merry-Go-Round and Rockin’ Tug.

Wheelchair Rentals
To make your visit as comfortable as possible, Castle Park offers rental services for wheelchairs. Wheelchairs are limited; therefore, rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and can be rented out at our Souvenir Shop.
Wheelchair rentals are $10 per day.
Restrooms
Conveniently located throughout our park, you can access our restrooms upon entry to the Park near Duke’s Frying Factory, inside Big Top Burgers, BBQ & Beer, in the Midway near the Riverside Express Train Station, as well as the outside area of the Arcade.
First Aid
In the case of injury, we have Medics available and ready to help! Our First Aid Station is located near our Arcade and Mini-Golf Courses to ensure your day is safe, no matter what adventures you may have!
If First Aid is needed for small injuries, please head to Guest Relations located in-between Merry-Go-Round and Rockin’ Tug. If immediate aid is needed, please reach your nearest Castle Park Employee and let them know you need First Aid. Our team will be dispatched immediately over to your location.
